What we’re doing
- The draft operational plan 2020/21 details our projects and programs for the next 12 months, including the annual budget, proposed rates model and fees and charges.
- The draft resourcing strategy 2020 identifies how we will use our resources – financial, workforce, asset management and technology – and engage our community to achieve our Sustainable Sydney 2030 goals.
The impacts of COVID-19
We’ve developed our integrated planning and reporting documents with the most current and best available information but they’re subject to change due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
It’s difficult to predict the full financial impact for the City of Sydney's annual budget in 2020/21 and the future year estimates in the long term financial plan.
We’re continuing to work on refining our estimate of the impacts, which will be reported to Council in June along with community feedback on the planning documents.

Feedback may be published in publicly available reports at the end of the consultation period. Your name or organisation's name may appear in these reports with your feedback attributed. If you would like your feedback to be kept confidential, please let us know when making your submission.
