What we’re doing
By taking these measures we will:
- help keep our streets cool
- reduce the urban heat island effect.
We will plant Simon poplar trees that will provide shade and make the street more pleasant for residents and visitors. These trees are deciduous and will allow sunlight during winter.
There are no planned changes to parking.
