Before you start

If you choose to receive your rates notices by email, you’ll still receive other notices (such as development applications) by post.

If you change your name, the relevant state government authorities will notify us.

Rates notices can only be delivered to a single postal address for all owners. Note, if any owner requests rates notices by email, delivery by post is not available.

If you're managing the property on behalf of the owner, you will need to upload evidence that you've been authorised by the owner or ratepayer to act on their behalf.
