Notify us if your rates postal address has changed
Project Status: When you need to do this
If you’ve moved, you will need to let us know so we can update our records for your rates and other property correspondence. You can also change your postal address if your rates payments are managed by someone else, such as a real estate agent.
Note, if you're a managing agent and your postal address has changed, contact us instead of using the online form.
Before you start
If you change your name, the relevant state government authorities will notify us.
Rates notices can only be delivered to a single postal address for all owners. Note, if any owner requests rates notices by email, delivery by post is not available.
If you're managing the property on behalf of the owner, you will need to upload evidence that you've been authorised by the owner or ratepayer to act on their behalf.
