This template can be used to plan your grant application, request a change to your budget if your grant is successful and/or to report on how the funding was spent at the end of the funding period.
The template includes some example income and expenditure descriptions that may or may not be relevant to your grant proposal. Please edit the descriptions and amounts to suit your grant proposal.
