Food vendors wanted for major City of Sydney events and festivals

Registrations closed at 5pm, Friday 26 June 2026.
We run a range of events across the City of Sydney local area each year. Once you’ve registered your interest, your business will be added to our vendor database. If your offering is suitable for a particular event, we’ll contact you to confirm your interest and availability. We’ll also request any further information or documents required before entering into a vending agreement.
To be considered as a vendor, you will need to provide the following:
- temporary food premises (TFP) number
- menu and pricing
- sketch of outlet including back of house area with dimensions
- 2 recent photos of the outlet and at least 2 images of stallholder food.
We’re committed to demonstrating an understanding of the wider environmental impact of food choices, and the small positive changes for a more sustainable future.

- Sydney New Year’s Eve
- Sydney Lunar Festival
- Sydney Streets
- Art & About
- major project launches.
Opportunities come up throughout the year. Vendors will be selected based on availability, outlet suitability, menu offering and pricing.
How to apply
You’ll need to submit one registration for each outlet.
Vendors will be invited each year to register or renew their inclusion for these vending services, which remain valid for 12 months.
