What we’re doing
The City of Sydney proposes toenter into a planning agreement in connection with the voluntary planning agreement VPA/2022/18.
Location: 118-130 Epsom Road and 905 South Dowling Street, Zetland NSW 2017
An initial draft planning agreement was previously open for feedback.
This amended draft planning agreement now includes:
- dual reticulation in buildings for recycled water
- a minimum 4% non-residential gross floor area in the development
- exceedance of BASIX targets for water and energy
- infrastructure for future installation of electric vehicle charging
- designing, constructing and fitting out an affordable housing building for transfer to a community housing provider.
