About this program

We own several commercial and community properties, including retail and office space. These properties may be empty for short periods between tenancies.

This program offers short-term use of these properties when they are empty, for at least one month.

The program supports:

  • businesses and startups
  • community organisations and social enterprises
  • creative practitioners and cultural organisations
  • organisations with a focus on sustainability and the environment.

Preference is given to applicants in our local area or to projects that can demonstrate significant benefit for local communities.

We invite applications for space through this program when facilities become available.

Other funding priorities may apply to specific properties when they become available.
