What we’re doing

The application seeks a total award of 949.2sqm of heritage floor space for conservation works that have been completed.

The heritage floor space scheme provides heritage building owners with an incentive to conserve and maintain their property.

After the consultation period, we will consider all feedback and complete a report for a decision under the delegation of Council.
