After your report, missed services will be collected within 2 business days.
When you need to do this
We collect your bins anytime from 6am to 6pm. If we haven't picked them up by 6pm on your scheduled service day, you can report it to us.
What you need to do
Complete this form to let us know your bin hasn’t been collected.
Your green lid bins are collected fortnightly. To make sure you have the correct week, check your collection calendar.

- Missed bins will be collected within 2 business days.
- If you’ve already reported a missed collection, allow 2 business days before you report it to us again.
- These requests are serviced Monday to Saturday.
