In the beautiful old Waterloo Town Hall building, this library has been popular with locals since it opened in 1972. It is home to our Koori and Russian collections.

Opening hours

Open for browse and borrow, with access to study desks and computers.

Returns chute open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There’s more than just books at the library. Explore music, makerspace kits, video games, toys, film and more, all free to borrow.  Waterloo Library also has a Koori collection and Russian, Chinese and Vietnamese books, newspapers, magazines, CDs and DVDs.
