Draft planning agreement

The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a planning agreement relating to the development application:

DA Number: D/2019/996
VPA Number: VPA/2020/4
Location: 40 Princess Avenue, Rosebery NSW 2018

The objective of the planning agreement is to secure public benefits in connection with the development application for the land.

The nature of the planning agreement is to secure a monetary contribution of $8,018 for community infrastructure to the Green Square Urban Renewal Area including but not limited to roads, drainage systems, utility services, parks, plazas and other public facilities.
